Elected Positions Include:

Term of office shall be for one year.  No officer shall serve in the same capacity for more than two consecutive one-year terms.

President - Coordinates the work of the officers/committees and presides over all Booster meetings; works closely with Athletic Directors.

1st VP of Membership - Assists President with all duties pertaining to the office as needed; may preside over meetings in absence of President. Recruit new members and renew existing members; maintain record of club members, their contact information and information about athlete's sport(s).

2nd VP of Fundraising - Assists President with all duties pertaining to the office as needed; may preside over meetings in absence of President. Works with President to prepare submit plans to raise necessary funds through sponsoring events and/or activities in order to carry out the work of Booster Club; helps coordinate and implements fundraising activities throughout the year; oversight of concessions and spirit wear.

3rd VP of Outreach - Assists President with all duties pertaining to the office as needed; may preside over meetings in absence of President. Responsible for connecting Freeman Athletics with the surrounding community for partnership and outreach events.  coordinates volunteers and parent reps; oversight of communications, website, and social media. 

Secretary - Records the minutes at all Booster club meetings; provides copies of minutes at meetings for Board members; keeps an accurate record or Board member attendance.

Treasurer - Responsible for the bank accounts and records; presents the current financial report at all meetings; presents books to audit committee; makes regular deposits and disbursements.

Director of Concessions - Manage sales and inventory of concession goods, including ordering from vendors; Inventory concessions as needed or prior to events; provide inventory reports to treasurer on a monthly basis for board meetings.

Director of Media - Website management; maintains social media, creates content and posts. 

Appointed Positions Include: 

The President, with approval of elected officers shall fill appointed positions and committee members following the election.  Please fill out nomination form to express interest in any of the below positions.

Co-Treasurer - Assists the Treasurer with maintaining records; manages Square set up and transactions.

Parliamentarian - Enforce rules of procedure at Board meetings and general meetings; review UIL guidelines and report changes; review and report KISD rules as they apply to Booster Club.

Spirit Wear - Design, order and set pricing of spirit wear for the upcoming school year with board approval; manage sales and inventory of spirit wear items.

Committees

Audit Committee - must consist of at least 3 members who are not signors on the bank account and 1 alternate. 

Concessions Committee - Assists Director of Concessions with managing sales and inventory of concession goods.

Fundraising Committee - Assists 2nd VP with all planning, coordination and implementation of fundraising activities.
